Founded in 1994, Tianjin HENGRUI Plastic Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "HENGRUI") specializes in plastic extrusion lines for single-layer and multi-layer plastic sheet, board and film. So far, the co-extrusion lines can support up to nine layers. Extruders, winders, cutting machines, stackers and crushers, can be supplied separately according to the extrusion setup.
Our manufacturing plant covers 14000 m² and is equipped with more than 60 machining units. For over 30 years, we have been focusing on the research, development and manufacture of medium- and high-end plastic extrusion lines, building a strong reputation in the domestic market.
With approximately 90 employees, and over half of them have been working with us for more than ten years. Their experience, careful work and strong sense of responsibility are reflected in the quality of the extrusion lines and related equipment we manufacture.
Our Business Scope
We manufacture extrusion lines for single-layer and multi-layer plastic sheet, board, and film using materials, such as PP, PE, PS, PC, PMMA, PET, EVOH, ABS and etc. The finished products can range from 0.02 to 40 mm in thickness and more than 3m in width. The finished sheets are mainly used for food packaging, industrial packaging and electronics, while boards are widely used in household appliances, furniture, automotive parts, construction and the chemical industry.
Besides complete extrusion lines, we also supply individual machines according to the client’s production needs. These include single-screw extruders, twin-screw extruders, planetary roller extruders, winders, cutting machines, stackers and crushers.

From China to Global Markets
Thanks to their quality and reliability, our sheet and board extrusion lines have earned a good reputation in China over the past 30 years, especially for stable operation. That same reliability has helped us expand our scope to overseas markets, and today around 30–40% of our extrusion equipment is exported to Japan, Sweden, the UK, Russia, Germany, Mexico, Malaysia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and other markets. Being able to cooperate with plastic processors in different countries has helped us build long-term client relationships and improve our extrusion systems for a wider range of production needs.
Many of the mechanical parts, components and electrical controls used in our extrusion lines and downstream equipment have been improved through years of factory operation and research. The production data and client feedback gathered over the years help us improve equipment stability, reliability and service life. After commissioning, our extrusion lines can achieve an operating rate of over 90% and continue running with very few stops. Clients can also rely on our after-sales team whenever technical support is needed.
