Main Features
- Flexible Operation: The control panel has separate sections for manual and automatic operation, so the cutter can be adjusted for different production needs.
- Clear Production Settings: The operator can enter the required cutting length and target quantity on the control panel, which also shows the number of finished and rejected sheets.
- Easy Progress Tracking: The control panel shows how many sheets have been cut, how many were rejected and how many are still needed to complete the order. Once the target quantity is reached, the system gives an alert.
Automatic Stacker
Automatic stackers collect the sheets after cutting and arrange them neatly on pallets for easier handling, storage and transport. The cut sheets move by conveyor to the stacking position, where a vacuum pick-and-place arm lifts each one and places it onto the pallet. When the required quantity is reached, the full pallet is carried out and an empty pallet is put into position to keep the stacking process going smoothly.
