Extrusion lines for cast film and extrusion coating are designed to process molten resins into functional films or apply a continuous plastic layer onto substrates such as paper, foil, nonwoven fabric and other films. Multilayer extrusion lines can combine PP, PE, TPE, PA, EVOH and other resins in a single film. Each layer has a specific property, such as heat sealing, barrier protection or a surface prepared for corona treatment. The finished films feature high transparency, strong barrier performance and good mechanical properties.

During the extrusion process each resin is melted in a separate extruder, then combined in the co-extrusion die to create the required layer structure. The molten film is cast onto a chilled roll, where it cools quickly and forms a flat, even sheet. Our cast film and extrusion coating lines cover every main stage of production, from material extrusion and film casting to thickness control, corona treatment, winding or cutting, edge-trim recycling and electrical control.
