Downstream equipment completes the production process after the material leaves the extruder. Depending on the product, extruding lines can include winders for collecting film or sheet into rolls, cutters for trimming it to the required length, stackers for arranging finished pieces and crushers for recycling edge trim and offcuts. Downstream equipment influences how the finished product looks, how much of the process can be automated and how much material is wasted. Extrusion downstream equipment can be supplied together with a complete extrusion line or as individual machines.

We manufacture the extrusion lines and related downstream equipment in-house, including winding, cutting, stacking, edge-trim recycling, etc. We also handle the electrical installation ourselves, which gives us better control over the quality of the complete line.
